I’m really excited to announce that this piece has been published by Scary Mommy. Club Mid today! So many emotions went into and led to this being written, and I can honestly say that it’s am essay that I’m very proud to share. Watching my boys play football this year, for the first time, was both exciting and scary for me as their mother, but I also learned a lot. Learning my new place in the constantly changing role of motherhood has been liberating, intriguing, and some days, horrifying. I hope this strikes a chord with you or someone that you share it with!
